We have certified mediators that collectively have over sixty years of legal experience. We have handled over 150 commercial arbitrations, countless mediations and hundreds of jury trials. Our certified mediators understand both the straightforward and complex issues that arise from a wide variety of disputes.
Often, mediation presents a spectrum of concerns including scheduling, location, experience of the mediator and complexity of the case. Our goal is to eliminate these concerns so that the attorneys can focus on their client's needs by making scheduling easy and fast, and insuring the mediator is prepared before the mediation begins. We also offer unique alternatives to standard mediation which include mediator teams for complex or multi-party litigation, multiple convenient locations, travelling mediators, mediation/arbitration and mini-trials.
